The commercial division at GHL Employment Ltd delivers a service that prioritises a candidate matching process. This enables us fulfil our client's vacancies with a candidate of specified criteria. In the commercial sector we have found that there is no automatic solution to fulfilling client vacancies. We understand that each commercial job specification is different and as a result, each candidate is skill and reference checked to ensure that they add value to your business with minimal integration processes required.

GHL Employment Ltd was formed by industry veterans with over 35 years combined experience in the recruitment marketplace. Our office is manned by experienced sector consultants, all of whom have previously worked for some of the largest UK recruitment agencies.

Driving . . .

The driving division at GHL Employment Ltd manages our clients driving requirements in a manner of different ways. We understand that some of our clients use drivers on an occasional basis and that others use our services more regularly. Our planning team work together with our clients to ensure that we have maximum availability for shifts that need to be fulfilled. Each driver is fully skills tested, reference checked and their licenses are verified by the DVLA. Each driver is always made aware of the duty they will perform and that they are not only representing GHL Employment Ltd but also our clients. We expect all drivers to comply with our own code of conduct as well as our clients.

Facilities Management . . .

At GHL Employment we recognise the changing demands within the market place of our clients and potential future customers. With consolidation of multiple services across a broad spectrum to a single client including all of the sourcing, processing, supply and recruitment of people and services.

We at GHL Employment are able to support temporary and permanent candidates to a multi-disciplined recruitment marketplace based throughout the UK with our network of business partners.

Whilst GHL Employment may not be in direct contact with the customer, we can adapt our approach to the client or candidate's individual needs and assist in temporary, long-term and permanent appointments.
